      How to use

      -Application of Fenugreek Powder / Methi Powder for hair
      Mix fenugreek powder with warm water to make a paste (it is best to let the paste sit for a while or overnight) and then work it through the hair. Leave it in for a couple of hours. It will gently cleanse and condition the hair. Mix fenugreek powder with Amla powder and Shikakai powder for even better results of the hair.

      Fenugreek Powder / Methi Powder use for Skin too

      – Exfoliates Skin and Gets Rid of Facial Hair
      Soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds overnight. Blend it with gram flour and curd the next day to create a coarse paste. Apply this on your face and leave it on for ten minutes. Wash it off using circular motion to gently scrub your face. Methi is a great skin exfoliator and helps get rid of unwanted facial hair.

      – Keeps Skin Young and Wrinkle-free
      Fenugreek helps tone the skin, repairs damaged skin cells, and helps produce new ones.
      Simply mix a teaspoon of fenugreek paste with a teaspoon of milk and honey. Apply this face all over your face and leave it on for fifteen to twenty minutes and wash it off.

      – Treats Dark Circles and Dark Spots
      If you have uneven pigmentation or if you have dark circles around your eyes, then you can make a thick paste of fenugreek powder with milk and apply this. Leave it on for ten to fifteen minutes and gently wash it off.
